The Wayfarer sitting by the fire at night
The storyteller

Not every journey has an end.

No one quite remembers when he first arrived. Some say he has wandered a lifetime. Others suspect it has been considerably longer.

The Wayfarer has spent countless nights listening to the stories people tell when the daylight fades: stories of strange creatures, distant places, and the fears and hopes we carry with us.

He rarely speaks of himself. But every so often, he remembers a place a little too clearly—or mentions someone who lived a very long time ago as though they had only just met.

Pull up a chair. He has another story.
